Booking:
– Booking on First come basis.
– All Reservation must be prebooked and paid upfront in full before the closing date.
– Booking closing date 17th August 2024
– Bus start route is from South Africa into Botswana and Zambia. Pickup points will be in accordance with Bright Destiny terms.
– Ensure to upload copy of your Passport/s not expiring less thank 6 month of travel date to Malawi.
– You Must contact the booking coordinator with your proof of booking for your reservation to be confirmed.
– 14 days written notice for cancellation, thereafter a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
– Stays past the retreat dates are at own cost and arrangement.

Visa Requirements:
For those using country passports requiring visa to enter Malawi, note the visa invitation letter will be sent to you once you have secured booking with a minimum payment. Contact a booking coordinator to help with arranging this.
