TERMS & CONDITIONS

Participation in the voting process for the 2023 KFMI Global Leadership Awards entails a commitment to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Online Voting – Voting is exclusively available through the online platform accessible at https://partnership.kfminternational.org/kfmi_2023_global_awards

2. Eligibility – Voting is open to all individuals across the Jesus Nation, Kingdom Financiers, partners, donors, and affiliates.

3. Award Categories – The KFMI Global Leadership Awards comprise two distinct categories: The KFMI Jesus Nation Awards and the KFMI Partners Awards. Each category has 5 segments, and voting can be done across all 10 segments.

4. Determination of Winners – Recipients of awards within each category will be determined by the volume of votes cast in favor of the respective nominee.

5. Voting Period – The voting period commences on October 28, 2023 22:00 CAT, and concludes on December 27, 2023 23:59 CAT. Please note that voting dates are subject to potential adjustments.

6. Announcement of Winners – Winners in each category, as determined by the highest number of votes, will be officially announced during the KFMI Awards event scheduled for December 30, 2023.

7. Voting Fees – Each vote is worth $1 and carries a weighting of one. Voters are not restricted to a single vote; they may cast multiple votes as desired, across both categories, and all 10 segments.

8. Independent Oversight – Independent auditors will oversee the monitoring and computation of votes to ensure the highest standards of accuracy, accountability, and transparency.

9. Right to Cancel or Suspend Voting – KFMI retains the exclusive prerogative to cancel or suspend the voting process at any time. Determinations regarding the eligibility of any vote rest solely with KFMI.

10. Final Authority – The final authority on all matters pertaining to voting arrangements and the validation of votes, in conjunction with auditors, is vested in KFMI.

11. Technical Failures – KFMI, along with its contractors, subcontractors, or agents, disclaims responsibility for any technical failures, malfunctions, or connectivity issues related to internet infrastructure that may result in the loss or improper registration of votes.

12. Disqualification of Votes – In cases where fraudulent voting or attempts to manipulate the voting process are reasonably suspected, KFMI reserves the right to disqualify votes.

13. Variability of Voting Window – Please be advised that the opening and closing times for the voting window may be subject to changes. We recommend regular visits to the KFMI website to stay informed of any adjustments to these timings. Voting outside the officially advertised window will result in the vote not being counted.

14. Transparency and Accountability – We are dedicated to maintaining transparency and accountability in the voting process. Votes will be rigorously monitored to ensure a fair and accurate selection of award winners. We reserve the right to address any irregularities for this purpose.

The award winners will be announced at the KFMI 2023 Gala Dinner on December 30, 2023.
