– Bookings on first come basis
– All reservations must be pre-booked and paid in full before date of departure.
– Booking closing date 19th October 2024
– No booking for children under 12yrs
– Ensure to upload copy of your passport/s, not expiring less than 6 months of travel date to Malawi.
– 14 days written notice for cancellation thereafter a 30% cancellation fee will apply, except for flight tickets which is more and dependant on airline refund policy.
– Flight bookings is from SA only.
– Arrivals before retreat dates and stays past the retreat date are at own cost
